- Provide direct patient care in the emergency department under the supervision of ED physicians
- Oversee clinical care, ensuring patients receive high-quality, compassionate treatment
- Lead and collaborate with the medical team, including physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff
- Leadership and supervisory duties (though prior leadership experience is not mandatory, it's ideal)
- Work with an experienced, cohesive team to manage the ED's annual case load
- Two years of post-graduate experience as a PA or NP in emergency medicine
- Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with medical staff, patients, and families
