TeamHealth’s Performance and Innovations Consultants (PIC) team brought the APEX program to Fisher-Titus to empower the anesthesiology team to improve surgical patients’ experiences. The APEX program centers education and resources targeted to enhance patient experience, with specialized tactics across service lines, including anesthesiology.
