We share a special message from our TeamHealth OB/GYN clinicians about the importance of celebrating advances in maternal healthcare, while recognizing the persistent disparities that contribute to challenges for Black mothers. During Black Maternal Health Week, we shared discussions about factors, such as implicit bias and systemic racism, which contribute to challenges in accessing quality healthcare for Black women.
