A passion for helping others swim landed Heather Glass, Project Manager, Data Analytics, a seat on the Board of Directors for the USA Swimming Foundation. For more than seven years, Heather Glass has worked with Knoxville youth to educate them on swim safety and help them nurture a love for the sport. During her tenure as a board member, Heather aims to dive deep on educating people of all ages, races and socioeconomic backgrounds, about the importance of swim safety while giving back to the community.
