Since 2016, TeamHealth’s Women in Leadership Program has served as a support system for women professionally and personally, offering opportunities for mentorship, support, collaboration and networking. In this video, Glenda Sublett, MBA, Senior Vice President, Operations Support and Provider Services, shares how this program works to enhance women’s voice, sense of inclusion and acceptance on both a national and local level. Glenda says, “I think it gives a place. A safe place, a nurturing place, where women can grow, learn, connect and also be recognized.”
